An Opportunity for a Chairman or Chief Executive to host an exciting and innovative programme

The Next Step is a one-year programme hosted by a Chairman or Chief Executive, or by a Division or Unit Head.  It has been specifically designed to bring directors and executives to the leading edge of board level decision-making and to develop the highest levels of business relationships.

Each group consists of six to twelve board members or senior executives chosen by the Host.  Participants can come from.-

• Within the Host's organization(s), and/or
• Major trading partners, members of the supply chain, investors.

The Next Step is tailor-made to respond to the particular needs of the organization and the individual needs of the chosen participants.  The participants provide input to the programme which is co-designed with the Host.

The programme combines corporate development - focused on decision-making and strategic capability - with personal leadership development.  It consists of an initial individual profile and a series of one- and two-day interconnected with personal, monthly coaching sessions.

The programme is designed to be part of and to complement, not interrupt, normal work.  Company business issues and opportunities provide the focus.

Advanced facilitation processes ensure a stimulating milieu for optimum learning.  Group and individual work is carried out in a challenging, yet supportive, environment.

The programme leaders are experienced coaches and facilitators, with extensive international business experience at board level.
